Billing Software Built Around Indian Pharmacy Rules
PharmaBill OS is built in India for chemists, clinics and nursing homes — designed around the problems they deal with every day: GST filing, Drug Inspector visits, expiry losses and rush-hour billing.
Our Story
It started with the same problems at every counter.
Talking to chemist shop owners, we kept hearing the same problems: stock expiring on the shelf, days lost to GST filing every month, and a Schedule H1 register that was never quite complete when the Drug Inspector arrived. The software they had either did accounting (not pharmacy), or pharmacy (not hospitals), or needed the internet to bill and charged a yearly AMC on top.
So we built the system that counter actually needed: fast keyboard billing with loose-tablet math, batch-wise inventory with FEFO, a tamper-evident H1 register, GSTR-1 exports that upload without errors — and it had to work when the internet did not. Then hospitals asked for IPD, labs asked for sample tracking, and owners asked to "just ask the computer" for sales trends. Today PharmaBill OS handles all of it — offline, on the hardware pharmacies already own.
Our Mission
What Makes Us Different
Built for Indian Law
Not adapted from foreign software. GST, the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology and the Pharmacy Act are encoded in the product — not bolted on.
Offline-First
Because Indian internet is unreliable. Your billing never stops — no cloud dependency, no per-month subscription hostage situation.
Runs on Old POS Hardware
Because Indian pharmacies don't all have i7 machines. Windows 7, 32-bit, 1 GB RAM — supported, not "minimum requirements" fiction.
AI-Powered
Because the future is intelligent pharmacy management. Ask questions in plain English — with 5-layer read-only security.
Our Values
- Compliance — the law is not a feature toggle.
- Reliability — software that works at 8 PM rush hour or it does not ship.
- Speed — every keystroke saved multiplies across crores of transactions.
- Affordability — enterprise capability at a chemist's budget.
- Indian-First Design — loose tablets, H1 registers, ₹5,000 room-rent thresholds. We know because we live here.
