Terms of Service

The agreement governing your use of pharmabill.in and the PharmaBill OS software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or the PharmaBill OS software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or software.

2. Software License

PharmaBill OS is licensed, not sold, under the End User License Agreement (EULA). A summary: one license covers one installation for your own business use. Pharmacy plans include 2 computers and up to 20 users (additional computers at the published price or by quote); Clinic and Hospital plans have no limit on computers or users.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use the software for lawful billing, inventory and compliance management of your business.
  • Make backup copies and install on devices within your licensed organization network.
  • Redistribute generated invoices, GST exports and reports to your customers, accountants and authorities.

4. Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, decompilation or source extraction.
  • No redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the software.
  • No use to provide competing software-as-a-service offerings.

5. Intellectual Property

All PharmaBill branding, code, UI and documentation are our intellectual property. Your business data remains yours at all times.

6. Payments & Taxes

Prices are in INR and shown before 18% GST, which is charged extra and shown on a GST invoice. Payment by UPI, cards or no-cost EMI where offered. Subscriptions renew automatically with a reminder before each renewal and can be cancelled at any time.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "as is". We warrant that it will perform substantially as documented. We do not warrant that it is error-free or that it discharges your own statutory obligations — you remain responsible for filing accuracy and regulatory compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend licenses for material breach (e.g., piracy). On termination you must cease use and destroy copies; your data exports remain yours.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business in India.
