1. License Grant
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PharmaBill OS: one installation (server PC) with LAN-connected computers within your licensed business organization — 2 computers and up to 20 users on Pharmacy plans (additional computers at the published per-computer price on Essential and Pro, or by quote on Lifetime and above 5 computers) and no limit on computers or users on Clinic and Hospital plans — for the subscription period or perpetually for the Lifetime plan.
2. License Types
- Subscriptions (Essential, Pro, Clinic, Hospital) — billed monthly or yearly, auto-renew until cancelled, with a reminder before every renewal. If a subscription ends, new bills pause after a 15-day grace period; you can always view, print and export your records and GSTR-1.
- Lifetime — every Pro feature and all updates for as long as PharmaBill is sold, for one shop (one GSTIN and address) on one main PC at a time. You may move the licence to another PC yourself up to twice a year. Cloud backup and priority support (Care) are included for the first year, then optional at ₹1,499 a year.
3. Lifetime Continuity Guarantee
If PharmaBill is ever discontinued, Lifetime licence holders will receive a final version of PharmaBill OS with licence checks removed, which they may keep using indefinitely.
4. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or source extraction.
- No redistribution, rental, leasing, sublicensing or hosting for third parties.
- No removal of proprietary notices; no circumvention of license enforcement.
5. Data Ownership
You own your data. All business data — items, inventory, sales, patients, customers, reports — belongs to you. You may export it at any time in open formats (Excel, CSV, .pharmabill archives). We claim no rights over it and cannot access it.
6. Updates & Support
Updates are provided while a subscription is active, and for as long as PharmaBill is sold on the Lifetime licence. Every update snapshots the prior version first; one-click rollback is available. Support tiers and response times are published on the Support page.
7. Backup & Recovery
Optional cloud backups are encrypted on your device (AES-256-GCM) before upload. You are responsible for your backup password — it cannot be recovered by us. Periodic local exports are recommended regardless.
8. Termination
This license terminates if you breach its terms. On termination you must uninstall and destroy all copies. Sections on data ownership, warranty disclaimer and governing law survive termination.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is warranted to perform substantially as documented. Otherwise it is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the license fees you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or regulatory penalties arising from your own filing or record-keeping practices.
11. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
