Mobile Monitoring for Your Medical Shop
See how the shop is doing without standing at the counter. The Mobile Reports Hub puts your daily sales, margins, GST reports and compliance reports in your phone browser — read-only, so nothing changes by accident. Included in the Pro, Lifetime, Clinic and Hospital plans.
What You Can See on Your Phone
The reports an owner checks every day — four groups, on one screen.
| Group | Reports on your phone |
|---|---|
| Sales | Daily sales |
| Profit | Sales margin |
| GST reports | GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GST summary |
| Compliance & audit | Expiry alerts, Schedule H1 log, stock ledger and customer history |
Available on the Pro, Lifetime, Clinic and Hospital plans.
How It Works
No app to install. Phones and tablets are free.
-
01
Server PC
PharmaBill runs on your main counter or back-office PC with the database.
-
02
Open on your phone
Connect to the shop Wi-Fi and open the Reports Hub address shown in Settings → LAN Access.
-
03
Log in as owner
Role-based login — owner and manager accounts see reports; cashiers do not.
Works on any phone or tablet connected to the shop Wi-Fi. Want to check from outside the shop? Ask our team what is possible for your setup.
Read-Only by Design
Monitoring should never be a way to change the books.
The Mobile Reports Hub shows information; it does not edit bills, prices or stock. Every login is recorded in the audit log with user and time, so you always know who looked at what.
See it live in your pharmacy
15–30 minutes on a call. We'll walk through this exact workflow with your data scenario.
Ask Questions in Plain English
Optional AI analytics on top of the same data.
If you use an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, PharmaBill’s read-only MCP server (Pro plan and above) lets you ask "How much did I sell today?" or "What expires in the next 60 days?" and get an answer from your own data. See AI analytics →
