How to install PharmaBill OS
PharmaBill installs like any standard Windows application. Two minutes, no command line.
Step by Step
- Get the installer for your Windows version from our team (message us on WhatsApp).
- Run the .exe and follow the NSIS wizard (Next → Next → Finish).
- Launch PharmaBill from the Desktop shortcut.
- Log in with the admin credentials our team gives you at installation, then change the password immediately.

Before You Start
- Pick the computer that will be the server PC — the one that keeps the database. Other counters connect to it.
- Keep your GSTIN, drug licence numbers, shop address and logo ready for first-time setup.
- If you are moving from other software, export your item, supplier and customer lists to Excel first.

FAQ
- Does PharmaBill need the internet after installation? No. Billing, stock and GST export work offline. The internet is used only for updates, cloud backup and catalogue sync.
- Can I install it on more than one computer? Yes. Pharmacy plans include 2 computers; Clinic and Hospital plans have no limit. Phones and tablets for the owner’s reports are always free.
