How to update PharmaBill to the latest version
Differential updates over the internet — and a snapshot before every update so you can roll back.
Step by Step
- When online, the login screen shows an Update Available banner.
- Click Update — a differential download runs in the background.
- The current version is snapshotted automatically first.
- Restart to finish. Issues? Settings → Versions → Roll Back (one click).
Before You Update
- Update outside rush hours — after closing is best.
- Make sure the server PC is on a UPS and connected to the internet.
- Close PharmaBill on other counters first.
If Something Looks Wrong
The current version is saved before every update, so you can roll back to it in one click from settings — no reinstall and no data loss. Then message support on WhatsApp with a screenshot.
Updates are included while a subscription is active, and for as long as PharmaBill is sold on the Lifetime licence.

- Do updates need a full download? No. Updates download only what changed, so they are small.
- Will updating change my data? No. Your bills, stock and settings stay as they are.
