- Message PharmaBill support on WhatsApp from your registered number.
- Our team verifies the request and walks you through the reset on the server PC.
- Admin access is restored — invoices, stock and settings are untouched.
- Set a new password immediately and review the login entries in the audit log.
Prevent Lock-Outs
- Create a second admin account for a trusted person.
- Keep the admin password in a safe place, not on a note at the counter.
- Give staff their own logins instead of sharing the admin password.
Why the Reset Goes Through Support
