- Room rent GST is applied per day automatically: ICU exempt, ₹5,000 a day or less exempt, above ₹5,000 at 5% on the full amount without ITC.
- Consultation and nursing are exempt healthcare services.
- Set up each service once in the service and room master with its price and GST treatment.

- Can nurses post charges? Yes, if their role allows it. Restrict editing or deleting charges to accounts staff.
- What if a charge was posted twice? Reverse it with a note; the correction stays in the record.
